Job summary

AECOM is seeking a SUE Technician to support projects across the Eastern region, employing advanced geophysical tools and observational skills to identify, designate, and locate utilities in accordance with ASCE 38-02 & 38-22. This role involves vacuum excavation support and field verification. Travel to project sites is frequent, with outdoor work in diverse conditions.

A valid U.S. driver's license and the ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• SUE, private locating and/or surveying experience must be demonstrated.
• Experience with ASCE 38-02 & 38-22 preferred.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and ability to travel to field sites required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, designate and locate utilities using geophysical equipment per ASCE standards.
• Utilize troubleshooting skills and learn new procedures and technologies on project sites.
