Job summary

AECOM offers a SUE Technician position to support projects across the Eastern region. This role utilizes advanced geophysical equipment, observational skills, and deductive reasoning to identify and locate utilities in accordance with ASCE standards.

The successful candidate will have a BS with 2+ years (or AS with 4+ years, or HS with 6+ years) of related experience, a valid U.S. driver's license, and willingness to travel frequently to field sites.

Qualifications

• BS Degree plus 2 years of related experience or AS Degree plus 4 years of related experience or HS Diploma plus 6 years of related experience
• SUE, private locating and/or surveying experience
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License required; background checks will apply

Responsibilities

• Identify, designate and locate utilities using geophysical equipment in line with ASCE 38
• Support projects across the Eastern region with field visits and site travels
