Join Blew & Associates, P.A. as a Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Technician and become a vital part of our field operations team! As a SUE Technician, you'll work on projects involving detecting and mapping underground utilities, with safety and efficiency as top priorities.

With hands-on training and access to advanced SUE technology, you'll become proficient in operating equipment such as ground penetrating radar (GPR) and utility locators. Your role is essential in reducing risks and supporting smooth construction operations for our clients.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

1. Conducting field investigations using state-of-the-art SUE equipment.
2. Mapping and documenting underground utilities to provide critical data for construction projects.
3. Collaborating with other professionals to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
4. Participating in ongoing training to improve your SUE skills and knowledge.
5. Maintaining a positive attitude and adapting to various work environments.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience with Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), Electromagnetic Locators, and RTK GPS.
• Knowledge of utility infrastructure.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; technical education is a plus.
• Previous experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, or hydro-vac is beneficial but not required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Physical ability to perform fieldwork in various weather conditions.
