Qualifications

• 2-5 years of utility-related experience, with a background in SUE project management.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report.
• Proficient in reading civil engineering and survey plans; ability to interpret field data.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct crew activities to locate utilities accurately.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to quality system tasks.
• Prepare and present proposals, manage budgets, schedules, and profitability; oversee client relationships.
• Serve as the primary client contact, attend meetings and manage expectations.
• Supervise both office and field personnel, including staff development and workload forecasting.
• Analyze and interpret reports, maps, blueprints, and other data for project planning.
• Ensure accurate billing, monitor accounts receivable, and compile project reports.
