Surveying And Mapping, LLC is seeking a SUE Project Manager to lead subsurface utility engineering projects from initiation to completion. The role focuses on delivering on time, within budget, and to high quality standards while acting as the primary client liaison and coordinating field and office teams.

You will drive proposals, manage contracts and costs, and mentor staff, with opportunities to grow business relationships and win new work in a dynamic geospatial environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional or management roles in the SUE industry.
• Familiarity with SUE practices and ASCE 38-22 standards preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
• Proficiency with CAD and GIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead SUE projects from kickoff to completion, meeting quality, budget, and schedule.
• Prepare and manage project proposals, contracts, budgets, schedules, and billings.
• Sign and seal plats, field notes, and control drawings as required.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with sub-consultants, partners, and internal teams.
