Spring Health is seeking a full-time mental health provider to deliver substance use disorder interventions to our member network. Provide evidence-based psychotherapy for adults using MI/MET, CBT for SUD, relapse prevention, and harm reduction via telehealth.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, assess needs, craft ASAM-informed plans, monitor progress with measurement-based care, and conduct risk assessments. Licensure in PA, NY, TX, or CA; 2+ years post-licensure; 40-hour week.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted licensure in PA, NY, TX, or CA.
• Minimum 2+ years post-licensure experience.
• Full-time, 40 hours per week, telehealth capable.
• Trained in evidence-based approaches for SUD treatment (MI/MET, CBT for SUD, relapse prevention).

Mansioni

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy for adults with SUD and co-occurring conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive substance use assessments to inform treatment planning.
• Develop ASAM-informed, person-centered treatment plans with referrals when indicated.
• Support members across recovery stages, including active use and relapse risk.
