Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in social, behavioral or human services or is a registered nurse.
• Must have 2 years of combined experience in healthcare setting or supervisory role.
• BA/BS or RN.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to 6+ staff within the program.
• Participate in development of unit policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Lead monthly staff meetings and prepare reports to support billable services.
• Complete monthly chart audits and provide coaching as needed.
• Coordinate staff schedules and provide training and supervision for adequate coverage.
• Monitor staff performance and prepare related reports.
• Collaborate with other program coordinators and may include community outreach.
