Job summary

Brown Medicine is seeking a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program Coordinator to oversee the SUD Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), contracts and partnerships for region CCBHCs, and to serve as a subject matter expert on SUD treatment and regulatory compliance.

The role includes training staff, ensuring services are documented and billed per ASAM standards, coordinating urinalysis, building community partnerships, and providing LCDP-level care as needed.

Qualifications

• Masters preferred in a clinical field and LCDP in good standing.
• At least 3 years in behavioral health or human services.
• At least 1 year overseeing behavioral health programs.
• Must have a personal vehicle to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SUD Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and staff from treatment programs.
• Ensure IOP services are documented, billed, and compliant with regulations.
• Evaluate ASAM level of care and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Oversee urinalysis program logistics and contracts.
• Liaise with DCO agencies and community partners for SUD services.
• Develop, deliver, and evaluate trainings on SUD topics.
• Provide consultation on integrated care and best practices.
• Provide a portion of direct LCDP-level client care.
• Maintain accurate health records and participate in ongoing education.
• Uphold confidentiality and agency policies.
