Job summary

WeCare Daily Clinics in Auburn, WA is seeking an experienced SUD Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical operations and supervise SUDPs and SUDPTs, ensuring clinical quality, documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with the Clinic Administrator and Recovery Programs leadership to align services with organizational goals, develop staff, manage schedules, and support compassionate, harm-reduction, trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Washington State SUDP credential in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing clinical supervision to SUDPs and SUDPTs.
• Strong knowledge of SUD assessment, treatment planning, counseling, documentation, ethics, harm reduction and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and clinical supervision to SUDPs and SUDPTs in accordance with state requirements and organizational standards.
• Review clinical documentation and conduct chart audits to ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, attendance, performance evaluations, and professional development.
• Lead onboarding and development of new SUD staff and provide coaching as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and privacy practices, and collaborate with clinic leadership to ensure service delivery.
