Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in social, behavioral or human services or is a registered nurse.
• Must have 2 years of combined experience in healthcare setting or supervisory role.
• BA/BS or RN as degree/certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to 6 or more staff in the program.
• Participate in the development of unit policies and procedures.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings and provide reports to support billable services.
• Complete chart audits once a month and provide coaching as needed.
• Coordinate staff schedules, training, and supervision to ensure coverage and quality.
• Monitor staff performance and prepare reports.
• May be required to perform client services and collaborate with other coordinators.
• May include community outreach.
