Job summary

Steadfast Health, Inc. is seeking a mission-driven Behavioral Health Supervisor to join our founding Raleigh team, leading clinicians and delivering trauma‑informed care to individuals with substance use disorders.

As a founding member, you’ll shape the clinical program, supervision practices, and team culture in a brand-new market. You’ll provide board‑approved supervision for associate‑level clinicians, manage caseloads, and collaborate with Medical Director and operations staff.

Qualifications

• Active, independent NC licensure with board-approved supervisory credential.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical practice in SUD.
• LCAS or dual credentialing preferred.
• Telehealth platforms and virtual care experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide board-approved clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians weekly.
• Manage clinician caseloads and adherence to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with Medical Director, Peer Supervisor, and Facility Administrator.
• Maintain supervision documentation, contracts, and reporting to NC board.
• Provide individual and group therapy for SUD patients (in-person/telehealth).
• Develop individualized treatment plans using CBT/MI/DBT.
• Coordinate higher levels of care when needed and ensure integrated care.
