Job summary

Steadfast Health seeks a mission-driven Behavioral Health Supervisor to lead our Raleigh clinicians and deliver trauma-informed, patient-centered care for individuals with substance use disorders. As a founding member, you’ll shape the clinical program, supervision practices, and team culture in a brand-new market while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, independent NC clinical licensure with a board-recognized supervisory credential.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy to individuals with substance use disorders.
• LCAS or dual credentialing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide board-approved clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians.
• Manage clinician caseloads and ensure adherence to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with Medical Director, Peer Supervisor, and Facility Administrator to align clinical care with operations.
• Maintain supervision documentation, contracts, and reporting per NC board standards.
• Provide individual and group therapy, in-person and via telehealth, with evidence-based modalities.
