Job summary

Steadfast Health is seeking a Founding Clinic Manager for our Winston-Salem outpatient SUD treatment center. You will lead daily clinic operations, staffing, scheduling, and clinical workflow to deliver high-quality, harm-reduction care.

This role uses our proven playbook to build a strong local team and culture from day one, while aligning with regulatory standards. You’ll drive KPIs like retention and access times and partner with leadership for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in outpatient clinic ops within SUD/behavioral health.
• Experience operating under harm-reduction, non-punitive care models.
• Track record of achieving operational goals with KPI focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring quality care and compliance.
• Own the clinic's P&L, budgets, revenue, and expenses for growth.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of staff and culture.
• Partner with community orgs and hospital partners to expand impact.
• Drive operational excellence and data-driven performance improvement.
