Job summary

Steadfast Health is seeking a mission-driven Behavioral Health Supervisor to lead our founding Raleigh team, providing board-approved clinical supervision to associates and delivering trauma-informed care for individuals with substance use disorders.

You’ll shape the clinical program, grow supervision practices, and help build a high-quality, patient-centered culture in a brand-new market, with a base salary of $80,000–$95,000 plus a 5% monthly incentive and a $2,000 sign-on.

Qualifications

• Active, independent North Carolina clinical licensure with a board-recognized supervisory credential.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy to individuals with substance use disorders.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide board-approved clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians through weekly supervision.
• Manage clinician caseloads and ensure adherence to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with Medical Director, Peer Supervisor, and Facility Administrator to align clinical care and operations.
• Maintain supervision documentation, contracts, and reporting per NC board standards.
• Provide individual and group therapy for patients with SUD, in-person and via telehealth.
• Develop biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities (CBT, MI, DBT) to support recovery.
• Educate patients and families on SUD, co-occurring disorders, and resources.
