Job summary

Qualifications

• Active LCAS and independently licensed as LCMHC/LMFT/LCSW in NC.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions for SUD patients in-person and via telehealth.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities (CBT, MI, DBT).
• Collaborate with clinic team to implement patient care plans.
• Support patients in crisis and coordinate higher levels of care as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation per guidelines.
