The role focuses on building operations from day one, managing budgets, and partnering with clinical leadership to deliver evidence-based, low-barrier care within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing outpatient clinic operations in behavioral health/SUD settings.
• Experience operating in harm-reduction, non-punitive care models.
• Track record of achieving operational goals with diverse teams.
• Proficiency with data dashboards and EHR reporting to track KPIs.
• Solid understanding of regulatory/accreditation standards for SUD/behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring high-quality care and compliance.
• Own the clinic's P&L, budgets, revenue, and expenses.
• Manage metrics like retention, no-show rates, and access times to meet goals.
