Centerstone is seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor for SUD Outpatient Services in Saint Louis, MO. You will lead a team of behavioral health professionals, provide supervision, and ensure high-quality, recovery-oriented care within a supportive, mission-driven environment.

The role emphasizes staff development, clinical excellence, and collaboration with community partners to expand access to services for individuals with substance use disorders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Active Missouri licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMSW, PLPC, or Psychologist.
• QAP certification is preferred or applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead outpatient substance use disorder services and promote clinical excellence, accountability, and person-centered care.
• Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, coaching, and professional development to therapists and other team members.
• Facilitate staffing meetings, case consultations, and diagnostic/disposition discussions to support quality care.
• Monitor clinical documentation, service delivery, and compliance with agency, state, and accreditation standards.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation, training, and continuing education initiatives.
