Job summary

Piedmont Community Services in Virginia is seeking a Substance Use Disorder Care Coordinator to support the clinic Office Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT) and Mobile OBAT programs, helping individuals and families access SUD/OBAT services and fostering a recovery-focused lifestyle.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or RN licensure or CSAC certification, at least one year of SUD-related experience, knowledge of community resources, and willingness to undergo

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, psychiatric rehabilitation, sociology, counseling, vocational rehabilitation, or human services counseling.
• RN licensure by the Commonwealth, or CSAC/CSAC-Assistant under supervision.
• One year of SUD-related direct experience or one year of clinical work with co-occurring diagnoses.
• Knowledge of community human services resources.
• Ability to transport self to meetings and work sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with SUD and co-occurring MH/SUD to access SUD/OBAT services.
• Support family members in coordinating care and recovery resources.
• Coordinate services for clinic and mobile OBAT programs and attend meetings.
