Qualifications

• Experience in retail, food service, or customer service.
• On-the-job training provided for all new team members.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily restaurant operations to ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and standards.
• Perform duties of a Shift Manager, including opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise food preparation and service to ensure quality and adherence to Subway standards.
• Schedule and oversee a team of approximately 4–12 employees.
• Provide coaching and feedback, assist with training and development.
• Participate in performance evaluations; recommend promotions or transfers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization per Operations Manual.
• Assist with inventory management and paperwork responsibilities.
• Plan and execute special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain restaurant safety and security procedures.
