Job summary

Subway is seeking an Assistant Manager who will focus on seven main priorities: delivering an excellent Guest experience, ensuring food is prepared and served to high standards, keeping the restaurant clean and appealing, controlling inventory, scheduling and supervising staff, maintaining restaurant safety, and being a team player.

In addition to the Shift Manager role, you will manage 4–12 staff, assist in planning events and promotions, coordinate training, and assist with product ordering

Qualifications

• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Computer knowledge is desirable.
• Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing a staff of 4-12 including assigning and evaluating work.
• Assisting in the planning of special events and promotions, coordinating any training needed to make events successful.
• Assisting with product ordering and inventory as needed.
