Subway Team is seeking an Assistant Manager to focus on guest experience, food preparation and safe service. You will help keep the restaurant clean, functional, and well-stocked while guiding a team of 4–12 staff members.

You will assist with events, promotions, staff training, and inventory control, ensuring standards are met and safety requirements are followed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to communicate clearly with team members at all levels.
• Experience supervising a small to mid-size team in a fast-paced setting preferred.
• Knowledge of computer and POS systems used to process orders and manage transactions.

• Oversee a staff of 4–12, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
• Assist in planning events and promotions, and coordinate training as needed.
• Assist with product ordering and inventory management.
