Job summary

Subway is seeking an Assistant Manager to focus on guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, inventory control, scheduling, and safety. You will lead a small team and uphold Subway standards, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

You will supervise 4–12 staff, assist with events/promotions, manage orders, and coordinate training. Full-time/part-time shifts vary by location; compensation to be discussed.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent Guest experience.
• Ensure great food is prepared and served.
• Keep restaurants functional, clean and beautiful.
• Control inventory.
• Schedule and supervise staff.
• Maintain standards of restaurant safety and security.
• Be a team player.
• Manage a staff of 4–12 including assigning and evaluating work.
• Assist in planning events and promotions in restaurant and coordinate training.
