Job summary

Subway is seeking an Assistant Manager to focus on guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, safety, and team supervision in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will help manage inventory, staff scheduling, and daily operations to ensure standards are met.

The role supports shifts with a strong emphasis on communication, teamwork, and delivering exceptional customer service. Training will be provided, and positions vary by location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent Guest experience and maintain a clean, inviting restaurant.
• Ensure food is prepared and served to Subway standards.
• Manage a staff of 4–12, assign and evaluate work.
• Assist in planning events and promotions, and coordinate staff training.
• Maintain restaurant safety and security standards.
• Control inventory and assist with product ordering as needed.
