Job summary

Subway is seeking an Assistant Manager to focus on guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, inventory control, and staff supervision in a fast-paced restaurant.

As a Subway Team member, you’ll manage a staff of 4–12, help plan promotions, assist with product ordering, training, and ensure safety standards are met; full-time/part-time and day/evening/weekend shifts vary by location.

Qualifications

• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Computer knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience and ensure food quality.
• Manage a staff of 4–12 including assigning and evaluating work.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and planning promotions.
