Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake rolls, breads, cakes and other baked goods.
• Cook meat dishes, vegetables and other main dishes; prepare salads and sandwiches.
• Monitor temperatures to ensure safety and quality; enforce sanitation standards.
• Clean cafeteria equipment and facilities; maintain inventory and records.
• Train and provide work direction to others.
