Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake rolls, biscuits, breads, cakes, cookies and other baked goods.
• Cook meat dishes, vegetables and other main dishes; prepare salads, sandwiches, fruit, soups and sauces.
• Monitor temperatures for safety and quality; store and handle food according to guidelines.
• Serve meals, replenish serving containers, and assist with inventory and records.
