Job summary

Innovation Learning is seeking a part-time Resilience Coach to work at School-Based Program Sites in Fox Lake and Ingleside. Roles include before/after school programs, with hours at Lotus and Gavin sites (Lotus 2:20PM-6PM, Gavin 6:30AM-8:30AM and 3PM-6PM).

Positions are on an as-needed basis with pay of 19–21 USD per hour, depending on experience and region. This role combines mentorship, enrichment, recreation, and academic support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children in schools, childcare programs, camps, recreation programs, or youth organizations preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for youth development.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.

Lotus School in Fox Lake

Gavin School in Ingleside

Reports To: Head Coach/Site Leadership

Schedule: Part-Time (Before & After School Programs, School Breaks, and Summer Programs)

Lotus: Monday-Friday: 2:20PM-6PM

Gavin: Monday-Friday: 6:30AM-8:30AM and 3PM-6PM

At this time, we are looking for candidates who are able to work on an 'as-needed' basis as a substitute. Weekly hours are not guaranteed and are based on the needs of our program(s).

Pay: $19-21/hour, Based on experience and region
