Polluxa, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Associate to support civil and structural engineering in a high-voltage EPC environment.

The role focuses on design, analysis, and drafting of substation infrastructure, transmission lines, and industrial supports, with field site involvement as needed. You will collaborate with Electrical Engineers, Project Managers, and field personnel to ensure safety and compliance with building codes and utility standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in structural design for substation foundations and steel structures.
• Experience with load path analysis and reinforced concrete knowledge.
• Hands-on drafting support and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural design and analysis for substation foundations and steel structures.
• Execute pole line design and transmission line modeling with PLS-CADD.
• Provide drafting support for civil/structural drawings per project standards.
• Assist with industrial projects, including cable tray supports and roof load assessments.
• Conduct site visits for field verification and commissioning support.
• Coordinate with Electrical Engineers and Project Managers to align technical deliverables.
