Job summary

NK Industrial Services seeks an experienced Site Execution & Supervision professional to lead electrical works at 11 kV and up to 33 kV substations, ensuring execution per GA drawings, SLDs, and specs while coordinating with contractors and internal teams.

You will oversee erection, testing and commissioning of HT/LT panels, transformers, structures, cable laying, termination and earthing, with safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in 11 kV substations up to 33 kV
• Knowledge of erection, testing, and commissioning activities
• Ability to manage technicians and subcontractors
• Understanding of tender documents, drawings, and material planning
• Knowledge of government authority documentation and approvals
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email reporting)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute electrical works for 11 kV and up to 33 kV substations.
• Oversee erection of HT/LT panels, transformers, structures, cable laying, termination, and earthing.
• Manage site manpower including technicians, electricians, and subcontractors.
• Plan material requirements based on drawings, BOQ, and tender scope.
• Prepare site documents and coordinate inspections with authorities.
• Understand tender scope and inform project team of site constraints.
• Act as primary contact for clients and inspectors; attend site meetings and audits.
