Job summary

Hayden Power Group seeks a Substation Working Foreman/Superintendent to lead on-site crews in medium/high voltage projects, including 138kV, 69kV, and 15kV installations. You’ll coordinate manpower, materials, and safety while interfacing with customers and project owners.

The role requires strong leadership, field experience, and willingness to travel as needed. Competitive benefits accompany a Monday–Friday dayshift schedule.

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory or team-leader experience in electrical projects.
• Journeyman license required in applicable state or project area.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• OSHA 30 certification; MEWP certification a plus.
• First aid/CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple electrical construction projects with onsite foremen and crews.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, tools, and materials with project management and subcontractors.
• Travel to project sites as needed and lead field operations safely.
• Review blueprints, change orders, and manage project documentation.
