Primoris T&D Services, LLC seeks a Project Manager I to oversee construction projects from initiation through closeout. You will plan, schedule, budget, and execute projects while ensuring safety, standards, and customer expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Physical Sciences, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required.
• 1–3 years of project coordination or management experience in construction, utilities, or infrastructure.
• Experience with project management and analytical tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Power BI, Excel, MS Project, or Primavera).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, and other project management tools.

Responsabilités

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects per scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop schedules, budgets, forecasts, and progress reports.
• Coordinate procurements and handling of engineering submittals with teams.
• Monitor progress via field visits and updates.
• Oversee change orders and billing compliance.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams on deliverables.
• Manage project documents: contracts, change orders, RFIs, meeting minutes.
• Identify risks and assist mitigation and recovery actions.
• Facilitate progress meetings and stakeholder communication.
• Assist in project closeout, demobilization, and lessons learned.
