Job summary

Primoris Pipeline is seeking a seasoned Project Manager in Houston to oversee engineering projects from front-end planning through turnover. You will manage scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination while ensuring safety, quality, and profitability for multi-discipline teams in a fast-paced environment.

This role blends technical leadership with business development: identify opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and contribute to proposals and account growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing midstream/EPC projects
• Proven ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary teams
• Track record in sales, client development and account growth
• Strong verbal and written communication across organizational levels
• Willingness to travel to project sites

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to optimize resources and execution
• Ensure compliance with contracts, budgets, and schedules
• Develop and maintain Project Execution Plans and client reports
• Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities and repeat business
• Oversee siting, permitting, estimating, engineering, procurement and closeout
• Monitor schedules, scope, and cost controls
• Provide regular progress and risk reporting
