Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience with substation operations preferred.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of bargaining unit contracts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises crews in construction and maintenance for T&D substations.
• Coordinates staffing, materials and equipment with other sections and contractors.
• Ensures reliability and condition of substation assets and input data into company databases.
• Conducts performance reviews and addresses issues per contract.
• Leads safety initiatives and promotes a safety-first culture.
• Supports quick resolution of customer issues with other departments.
