Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Associates degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or High School/GED with progression and 10+ years experience.
• Knowledge of electrical substations, control devices, and power systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, assign and direct work of Substation Operations personnel.
• Oversee substation construction, modification and maintenance projects.
• Coordinate with related departments and contractors on substation work.
• Develop reliability-focused Preventative Maintenance programs aligned with goals.
• Ensure safety, training, and compliance across the team.
• Provide technical support for outages, oil spill cleanup, and investigations.
• Direct emergency response for storm and system emergencies when required.
