Job summary

You will guide design, settings, testing, and commissioning while ensuring safety and reliability. The role requires strong engineering judgment, ability to collaborate across teams, and a track record of delivering advanced protection technology platforms in a dynamic utility environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of 10+ years’ relevant experience required
• Master’s Degree preferred
• Professional engineering license preferred

Responsibilities

• Guide design, estimating, and analysis of protection systems in transmission and substation projects
• Coordinate system protection platform development and integration
• Oversee studies to evaluate protection performance and reliability
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Protection Engineering group
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on standards and best practices
