Job summary

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree required or preferred.
• Experience with substation maintenance planning and compliance is a plus.
• Familiarity with NERC/SIP standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of breaker, transformer, and oil test results and propose corrective actions.
• Manage and improve the Protection System Maintenance Program with scheduling and audit-ready documentation.
• Update Cascade asset configurations to reflect accurate settings and reliability.
• Plan maintenance and outages in collaboration with Field Supervisors to balance resources.
