The role requires a PE license, 10+ years of design/management experience, and familiarity with IEEE/ANSI standards, with potential travel and collaboration across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related discipline and 10+ years of management experience.
• Substation design experience indoor and outdoor required; high voltage exposure.
• Familiar with IEEE/ANSI standards and industry design software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical team and execution of substation projects.
• Develop project execution plans and assign tasks with guidance.
• Support scope, schedule, budget, and risk management for projects.
• Mentor Project Engineers and ensure HDR quality standards.
