Job summary

The role leads a subset of engineers and technicians, driving on-the-job leadership development and efficient project execution across proposal, design and construction phases. You’ll mentor staff, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage scope and schedules, and collaborate with sales and project management to deliver high-quality solutions while maintaining safety and compliance

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
• 6+ years of engineering experience.
• PE registration or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Analytical, self-motivated with ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading engineers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities during proposal, design and construction phases.
• Manage scope, change orders, and schedules.
• Coordinate multiple disciplines and PM group on large projects.
• Review drawings and calculations; ensure quality.
• Provide strategic direction and coach staff.
• Facilitate weekly team meetings and resource planning.
• Promote collaboration with sales and project management.
