Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of utility substation construction practices and a strong construction background.
• Ability to read plans and specifications including electrical diagrams and manuals.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight of construction activities across all project phases to meet specs, quality, and standards.
• Perform daily site inspections, safety observations, and document progress with detailed reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and engineers to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify, document, and communicate field changes to project designs.
• Verify correct materials are used and address discrepancies with stakeholders.
