Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering from ABET-accredited college or university.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate projects with detailed scope, budget, and schedule.
• Plan and oversee engineering/design work for projects.
• Provide quality reviews or technical oversight for deliverables.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budgets to meet client needs.
• Coordinate with peers and clients to resolve changes affecting schedule or costs.
• Mentor and lead the project team to achieve objectives.
