Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with substantial substations expertise to lead complex projects. You will develop schedules, budgets, and objectives, coordinate stakeholders, and guide project teams to successful delivery.

Responsibilities include cost control, billing oversight, change management, and mentoring junior staff. Travel up to 10% is required and PMI/DBIA/CCM certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Thirteen (13) or more years of relevant work experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire or promotion.

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives for projects.
• Manages project costs and profitability.
• Prepares and reviews client billings and ensures timely payments.
