Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with substations expertise to lead complex projects. You will define scope, schedules, and budgets, manage costs and profitability, and coordinate client billing with internal teams. Mentoring less experienced staff is expected.

Responsibilities include risk management, change control, and ensuring timely deliverables while maintaining safety and quality standards. Travel up to 10% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 13+ years of relevant work experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Create project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives.
• Manage project costs and ensure profitability.
• Prepare and review client billings and subcontractor/vendor invoices.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and monitor project status and risk.
• Mentor less experienced Project Managers.
