Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Substation Foreman to lead on utility substation construction projects in El Paso, Texas. You will manage on-site crews of 8-10 craft workers, ensure daily execution, safety, and productive coordination with customers.

Candidates should have 5+ years in utility substations, progressive leadership, travel ability, OSHA 30 or ET&D 20 certification, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of utility substation construction experience.
• Progressive leadership experience (Leadman or Foreman).
• Experience leading crews in the field.
• Strong understanding of energized substation work.
• OSHA 30 OR OSHA ET&D 20 Certification (required).
• Ability and willingness to travel.
• Basic Microsoft Office/computer skills.
• Strong customer-facing communication skill.
