Seeking experienced Substation Foremen to lead crews on utility substation construction projects. This individual will serve as the onsite leader for crews of approximately 8-10 craft workers and will be responsible for daily execution, safety, productivity, and customer interaction. Candidates must come from a utility substation construction background.

5+ years of utility substation construction experience
Progressive leadership experience (Leadman or Foreman)
Experience leading crews in the field
Strong understanding of energized substation work
OSHA 30 OR OSHA ET&D 20 Certification (required)
Ability and willingness to travel
Basic Microsoft Office/computer skills
Strong customer-facing communication skill
