Job summary

FindTalent is seeking a highly skilled Substation Foreman to oversee construction and maintenance of substation projects. This role requires supervising crews, managing site operations, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications.

Travel across multiple states to project locations is required. The ideal candidate brings Journeyman Lineman certification, a high school diploma, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Journeyman Lineman certification required.
• CDL Class A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and technical guidance to Line Crews, including Linemen, Groundmen, and Apprentices.
• Coordinate on-site personnel and manage crew mobilization for projects.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies.
• Oversee procurement and management of supplies, materials, and equipment.
• Assist in planning, directing, and budgeting construction activities (towers, foundations, electrical equipment).
• Interpret and execute site plans, drawings, and scopes of work.
