Endeavor Health Services seeks a Coordinator of Substance Use Services to lead and direct substance use programs across the agency, ensuring high-quality, accessible services. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, this role emphasizes compliance, strategic growth, and strong clinical and financial outcomes.

The position requires an advanced behavioral health degree, with preferred LCSW/LMHC or higher, plus several years of clinical supervisory and program management experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in behavioral health; licensure preferred (LCSW/LMHC or higher).
• Minimum 5 years of full-time mental health treatment experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• 3+ years of program management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, and oversight of Substance Use Services across agency programs.
• Supervise program leads and support the development of high-performing clinical teams.
• Monitor program performance, productivity, outcomes, budgets, and service quality; identify trends and implement improvements.
• Develop and maintain workflows, policies, procedures, and operational practices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable OASAS, OMH, CCBHC, and other regulatory standards.
• Lead quality assurance and continuous quality improvement initiatives, including audits and corrective action plans.
• Support staff recruitment, training, performance management, and professional development.
• Review clinical and operational data and prepare reports for leadership.
• Maintain relationships with community partners and represent the agency at meetings and events.
• Collaborate on program growth, development, grants, and new service opportunities.
• Remain engaged with individuals served and provide direct clinical services as needed for high-risk individuals.
