Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human service field or equivalent preferred.
• Current credential: CADC, LPC, or LSW eligible.
• Demonstrated experience in supervision and program management.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical interventions and supervise a reduced caseload.
• Oversee assessment, treatment planning, and counseling services.
• Coordinate with referral sources and community providers.
