Heritage Behavioral Health Center in Decatur, IL, seeks a Program Manager for Outpatient Therapy Services to lead clinical and administrative supervision of adult outpatient therapists and recovery specialists.

The role focuses on reducing wait times, improving access to care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and reporting outcomes to leadership while coordinating with HR and other directors.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; LPHA within 6 months of hire; LCSW or LCPC eligibility as licensing constraint.
• Prior supervisory experience and outpatient adult therapy experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Outpatient Therapists delivering individual and group therapy to adults.
• Supervise Recovery Support Specialists providing peer support services.
• Monitor the outpatient therapy waitlist with goal of zero individuals awaiting services.
• Develop strategies to improve access to care including scheduling and intake coordination.
• Ensure documentation meets Heritage, CCBHC, and Illinois Rule 132 standards.
• Monitor staff productivity and caseload sizes for compliance with funder requirements.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and evaluate outpatient therapy and recovery staff with HR partnership.
• Provide crisis consultation and staff support as needed.
• Collaborate with program directors to coordinate referrals and continuity of care.
