Heritage Behavioral Health Center- HBHC in Decatur, Illinois, is seeking a Program Manager to lead Outpatient Therapy Services for adults, overseeing clinicians and peer-support staff within an office-based setting. The role focuses on access to care and timely service delivery with a strong emphasis on supervision and program oversight.

The position requires a master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or family therapy and LPHA eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or family therapy required.
• LPHA eligibility within 6 months of hire.
• LCSW or LCPC licenses are the only licenses being considered for this position at this time.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Outpatient Therapists.
• Supervise Recovery Support Specialists providing peer support services.
• Monitor outpatient therapy waitlist with goal of zero individuals awaiting services.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve access to care and scheduling.
• Conduct regular supervision ensuring documentation meets standards.
• Monitor productivity, caseloads, and service delivery for compliance.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and evaluate outpatient therapy staff in partnership with HR.
• Provide crisis consultation and staff support as needed.
• Coordinate referrals and continuity of care across services.
• Prepare and present reports on waitlists, service volume, and outcomes.
