Job summary

Heritage Behavioral Health Center in Decatur, Illinois, seeks a full-time program manager to lead our substance use treatment program. The role combines clinical interventions, assessment, counseling, and case management with supervision of staff and coordination of daily programming.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in a related field and is minimally credentialed as CADC/LPC/LSW, with supervisory experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant human service field and CADC, LPC, or LSW credential.
• Minimum supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to provide counseling and case management.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical interventions and manage a reduced caseload.
• Assess, plan, and provide counseling and case management.
• Coordinate day-to-day substance use program operations.
• Supervise program staff and conduct trainings.
• Ensure program compliance with agency policies and funders' standards.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and community coalitions.
